The Delaware River Towns Charities funds and administers the Jim Hamilton Memorial ShadFest Scholarship. The goal of the DRTC is to support the next generation of artists in the Delaware River Valley by providing two $10,000 scholarships annually to students pursing an advanced degree in the fine, performing, or culinary arts. The DRTC seeks to establish an endowment fund to ensure the longevity of the scholarship. Registration number: CH4450500
